I was very loosely inspired by Vivaldi's Summer. He composed a stormy moment with only string instruments.
The beginning of my composition is made up of descending strings, and I tried to show the wind and the storm rising. Followed by the storm and lightning.
Then comes the lull with the harp simulating a more clement rain, then the rain intensifies again and it's off for another loop.
